Parcours de Pra Cornet

This trail takes you on a journey through an enchanted forest and stunning scenery in the woods of Pra-Cornet. Don’t be surprised if you meet one or two elves or other sculptures along the way. The final highlight is the Pra-Cornet plateau offering stunning views of the surrounding peaks.
To get to the start, follow the signs from the Tourist Office to the Lutry camp. Then follow the trail past the first chalets. Then, as you gradually leave the village of Les Mosses behind you, you quickly arrive at a promontory affording stunning views.

You then head down to Hongrin past forests and rivers, with their glistening white mantel. This brings you to the entrance to the forest and the beginning of your journey through a magical world, starting with a long, steady climb. Here, elves and other sculptures will surprise and delight children and adults alike. Keep an eye out; they like to play tricks on you.

When you emerge from the forest, keep climbing in the direction of the Pra-Cornet hut and continue across the plateau taking in the beautiful scenery. As you pass the legendary Pra-Cornet snack bar, make sure you stop to refuel and take a moment to soak up the fantastic views before making your way back down.
