Schlittelweg Milez–Dieni
Rueras, Milez–Rueras, Dieni
The start is quickly reached and sledgers soon have the Val Tujetsch at their feet. At first the run goes down the steep ski slope as far as Mulinatsch, then the second part is along a treated track and easier.
The chair lift takes you up to the starting point in Milez in just a few minutes. It's always busy up here: it's in the middle of the Sedrun ski area and one of the best viewpoints in the valley. Sledgers have the whole Val Tujetsch, with the villages of Rueras and Sedrun, at their feet.
The first section of the sledging run goes down the ski slope to Mulinatsch. The route is secured and separated from the piste, but you still need to be careful: the terrain is steep, and you can easily go too quickly. After this somewhat challenging start, the going is easier down the treated track. But if you really let your sledge go, it can be great fun!
The run is not too long, so that from time to time you can take a glance at the scenery. After the railway line, one last wide bend takes you down to the road. From there it's only a hundred metres to walk back to the valley station of the chair lift – and your next ride up to Milez.
