Goldi-Route
Klewenalp–Treib
The circular trail in the Klewenalp-Stockhütte region is perfect for a daytrip, whether with the family or on your own. Try the Goldi Family Safari in a new way.
Start at Klewenalp's top station and cycle toward Tannibüel. Stunning views of Schwalmis will accompany you on the dirt road to the highest point of the trail - Twäregg, where there's a picnic area with a grill station. From here you take the train to Stockhütte and continue on an asphalt street to Emmetten. There's a service station there in case you have any bike problems.
The trip continues past Sagendorf, where a sawmill once stood, and then through Brennwald forest. The murals inside Kreuz chapel are fascinating, and you can also have a barbecue nearby. In Seelisberg you can go for a dip in the little mountain lake or have fun at the playground. From Seelisberg it's just a short trip to Treib. Worth the detour are the wood trail and the Natural Bike Park near Hotel Seeblick.
