Biketicket to RIDE (rot)
Lenzerheide–Lenzerheide
This is a tour made for single trail fans: about 400 altitude meters up, five lift rides and more than 2800 altitude meters down. In addition to all the single trails, the views of Heidsee Lake, the Albula Valley and the Domleschg region are breathtaking. Never a dull moment.
Lenzerheide is the hub of the Biketicket to Ride. This is where you take the chairlift up to Piz Scalottas. Before you barrel down the mountain again, spend some time at the peak to savour the fantastic views of the Albula Valley and the Domleschg region. Riding up and down on small roads and trails you reach Alp Stätz. The high-altitude trail is a highlight and not just because of the exceptional flow. The view of the sparkling blue Heidsee Lake makes it extra special. Once on the alp, you immediately shoot down the single trail to Parpan.
The next segment via Fanüllatobel to Chur includes some short uphill sections, but the downhills on the forest trail (with lots of roots) easily make up for the effort. The downhill ride ends near the base station of the Brambrüesch cableway. It is the starting point for the return to Lenzerheide. By cableway the bikers get up to the summit station where the next single trail begins right after an initial short warm-up.
The easily flowing path leads through the area above Malix and a small gravel road takes you to Churwalden – and the next gondola. From the mountain station near Alp Stätz – for the second time already – a mix of mountain roads and single trails continues to Spoina and finally down to Heidsee lake.
