Trin Digg–Crestasee
Laax (Staderas)–Laax (Staderas)
This route cuts right through the Flimser Forest, over the alluvial deposits from the Flimser rockslide to the edge of the Rhine Gorge. Along the way, Lakes Cauma and Cresta offer the perfect opportunity to pause and take a dip.
From the Staderas car park between Flims and Laax you follow forest roads through the Flimser Forest offering views of the Sardona UNESCO World Nature Heritage Site with the Tschingelhörner and Flimserstein, past picturesque Lake Cauma to the Conn observation platform. Here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Rhine Gorge, the Swiss Grand Canyon. At the Restaurant Conn riders can indulge in some of the region's specialities.
The route then carries on along dirt and single tracks down to the lowest point of the tour. Across open hedged farmland with a panoramic view to Trin Digg and from there a brief climb to Porclis and on to Trin Mulln. After a refreshing dip in Lake Cresta, you carry on through the Flimser Forest and along the Felsbach Gorge on pleasantly sloping dirt tracks back to Flims.

Tours with an e-mountain bike
The tourism organisations had these routes registered specifically as e-mountain bike routes. Technically, they are not too difficult, no passages where the bike has to be carried, short sections where it needs to be pushed, and doable with one battery charge (max. 1000 -1200 m altitude difference). Details about e-mountain biking are available at.
