The Runca Flow Trail is a new generation mountain bike freeride trail. The continuous trail surface, banked bends, rollers and humps offer a completely new riding experience. The trail was built using local materials and blends in with the natural terrain.
The Runca Flow Trail is moderately difficult and offers a great deal of variety for experienced riders and beginners with first trail experience.
The Runca Trail runs from Naraus to Flims and combines a pump track and northshore elements with untouched countryside. You set off from the valley station in Flims (1,100m). From there two chairlifts take you via Foppa to the start at Naraus (1,842m). The trail appeals to riders who are at home on medium or easy trails. Enthusiastic novices cruise over simple obstacles such as rollers, while experienced freestylers race over more challenging jumps at high speed.
The numerous turns and jumps make the Runca Trail an experience in a league of its own for all mountain bike riders. The new trail surface and the many structures make it a ‘flowing’ trail with a good grip even when wet.
