Seeliken lido Zug

Seeliken lido Zug

Located in the heart of Zug, the Seeliken lido is a popular bathing facility steeped in history. The former women's baths in the garden of what is now the theatre casino in the old quarter, is a popular meeting point for young and old.
Facing west, the Seeliken lido offers magnificent, sweeping views of the lake below and of the Alps. The spectacular sunsets for which Zug is renowned provide the perfect end to the day on Lake Zug. Summer dishes, salads and snacks are offered at lunchtime and in the evenings in the cosy lakeside bistro. This compact bathing facility with a solid infrastructure including showers, changing rooms, lockers and toilets is open during the bathing season (Swiss Mother's Day to the Day of Prayer and Repentance). A lifeguard supervises the facility during opening times. The shore drops steeply and so there is only a relatively small area for non-swimmers.

Highlights

  • Springboard 3m, free baths, floating swimming platform, table tennis
  • Showers, WC facilities
  • Sun loungers: lawn
  • Separate non-swimmer area
  • Changing rooms with lockers
