Freeride trail Sunnbüel-Kandersteg

In the last few years downhill biking has been getting more popular – therefor some young people from Kandertal got together to build a downhill bike trail which used to be the ski downhill slope.

The route from Sunnbüel to Kan-dersteg is suitable for downhill cracks and for allround-bikers. Main obstacles on the 4.7 km long trail are jumps, banked turns and wooden ramps.

Also impressive is the transport system of the Sunnbüel cable car. The bikes get hung up on the bottom of the gondola – so this applies 12 mountain bikers per ride up to Sunnbüel.
